The Boryeong Mud Festival is an annual festival which takes place during the summer in Boryeong, a town in South Korea.

The idea for such festival began in 1998 as a promotion for the mineral-rich mud found near Boryeong. This festival attracts thousands of visitors each year to this otherwise sleepy town on the beach.
